I am curious as to who their clients are and if they realize that this company knows nothing about title. I was recently asked to pull an old probate file (which I quoted them time and material since many of these files can be large) and inquired as to what documents they needed from the file. They asked me to copy the first page, amount, legal and signature pages. I don't believe they even have a clue as to what a probate file is!
