You have leveled a very specific allegation. Apparently the facts do not support the allegation. I am used to dealing with the specifics of a court room...in which the proponent is required to prove the allegations. Remember there is a difference between...evidence...proof ...and citation to authority.
As a paralegal you should know that claims are comprised of various elements. The whole is the sum of the parts. If the necessary elements are lacking...there is no valid claim.
