If they advrtise on Source of Title and don't pay, ban them from advertising until they pay all their outstanding debts to all their abstractors. As we all know, this sector of the economy will recover and when it does all those who haven't paid will be remembered. We all need to remember to ask one question (when the market recovers) who owns the company, as we will all remember who stiffed us. They should not be able to find a title searcher to do their work in the good times either.
