Jess,   you may have more confidence in start-ups than many of us

who have been "burned"  or had to bust our butts to collect.  I wish you

well with any new startup, but think it would be nice if they would provide you

and I with a letter of credit to cover our fees.,,,   If the start-up really has a

good capital base, then that should be not problem,  otherwise it would be

awful it they, " found a way to support their families" on the  backs or

those who do the work for them.
