I recieved a request from this company asking that I fill out a 4 page mandatory Questionnaire that they sent. The request stated that if the questionnaire was not completed and sent back to Archer Land Title, They would no longer use our company. The questions on the document mainly asked about our search standards and what we do in certain situations and also wanted us to "Walk them through a search we had completed on-line or at the courthouse"

I am curious as to what other people's reactions were to this request. This is the first time I have recieved a "Questionnaire" from one of my customers, other than in a vendor sign-up package and it surprised me. I would appreciate people's feedback on this.
