I'm familier with a few LAND-XXX Titles, but not this one.

If you have some free time, quote them a $1,000 - and agree to cut 15%.  And ask for a pre-payment :^)

While price does not necessarily mean good or bad results from an abstractor. it sure as hell should not be the only criterian.
