Tiffany, you may want to check out abstractorwatchdog.com also.  I believe it was mentioned on SOT before.  Just a place for all us abstractors to gain some info about the companies sending us orders and their payment habits (or non-payment habits). And for only 4.99 a year, we thought it was a good investment.

The more places we can list these slow-pays, no-pays...the better I believe.  We can keep each other (the abstractor community) informed, and stop getting taken advantage of.
