Don't bother doing any work for these guys. Fortunately they only owe us for the previous search we did, several months ago. With us their MO has been to pay us for the prior search when they want another one done. They have faxed us a copy of their check and state it will be put in the mail same day if we complete the search ASAP. This became very old and quite frankly after being in this business for 36 years as a freelancer I just am not going to deal with it anymore. Times are tough but take my advice and stay with the tried and true companies that pay on a regular basis. Sure we could all use the extra $ but I'd rather earn less than be stiffed for my work.  Brian S. Clemons, Owner, Clemons Title Search.
