Not sure if it's the same ESS I do work for, but I've never had a problem with them not paying for chains of title.  I always call ahead to get approval if I have to go back that far to get it OOF, but they've never cancelled one on me for that and they always pay for what they order.

Where is this outfit headquartered, if I may ask?
