I'm getting 60 year searches in PA from $110 - $150.   Diane has the 'high end' in PA pretty well defined.  [ And my little Title Company sure as hell didn't establish the prices.  They are provided by the Abstractors I work with.  Should I pay more than invoiced ... as a ....favor? ]

We get Deed copies and specific parts of the mortgage copied.  In some cases, there is a fee from the Abstractor, in some cases not.  Again, I don't set the price.
