It is normally about 20cents per gallon depending on how much I spend in the given time period on groceries.  Some times only 10 cents if I cheap on my list - i haven't resorted to cutting back on my food yet, except steak (boy missing that these days).   I do use the regular too.  I don't have a super sporty car so I can get away with it  :).  I know there are a few others that offer similar discounts - but might be all local to OH.  Maybe there is a grocery store in your area that offers a similar deal.  I can't remember all the "kroger" family names but maybe they would offer a savings card program.  I will check into that.  :)
