I bought gas yesterday in Davidson Co., NC at $2.59..have seen as low as $2.49. While in Cullowhee, (Western NC) over the weekend visiting my son at Western Carolina, he bought it for $2.66. I read somewhere that NC has the highest gas prices in the country.
