The Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Authority has a statewide web site with grantee/grantor entries from the mid 1990's and liens from about 2003. This is great info, but is not certified records. There are some "abstractors" in this state that use this as a source of title for limited searches and never go to the courthouse.
