I am a bit lost on the comment regarding Obama stating a constitutional right to health care.  I recall in the debate he stated that it should be a right, but never mentioning it was or should be a constitutional right.

If you could clarify where and when he stated it was a constitutional right, I would really appreciate it.  Again, to be clear, when has he stated it is a constitutional right, not just suggested that it is fundamental right of the public.
