Received the same e-mail.  My feeling is that this has been in the works for awhile. Several months ago we received a simular e-mail regarding taxes, and then a follow up about a month ago. Seems to me they had to engineer an acceptable way to reduce their vendors fees. Probably feeling the pinch like everyone else.

I will say though, I have never has a problem working with this company.
