I work for ProTitleUSA. I am sorry to say that Mr Michael Romano tried to cheat us out of the search we did for him by doing a chargeback. ProTitleUSA appealed and won the arbitraction case to advoid the chargeback. Now, Mr Michael Romano is very angry and wrote us a threatening letter that he will start posting "Fraud" messages on any forums that mention our name.
