thanks for the info.  They have not claimed that i made any error on my work only claiming we made errors in posting one check but they will not give us a detail for the check so we posted to their oldest bills. They also claim they do not have the time to get us the check details.  We never recieved the check details and made numerous attempts to get the check details so we could post it correctly.  After getting no where with them, we posted to our oldest account.  They are now claiming the sign up package we signed says they do not pay for any order over 48 hours and that they can reassign to someone else and not pay us with out even notifing us they reassigned it.  i review the contract and i never saw that in my contract.  It looks like we are heading to court.  I have never lost so i am optimistic.  it is funny how they have big talk but when faced with a lawsuit that they know they will lose, a couple of days before court they will make settlement offers which i always turn down and magicly, the day before court a wire for full payment appears.
