I may not know you, Mr. Rutledge, but what I do know is that it was you who attacked me and not the other way around. I do not recall addressing you in any of my prior posts and if I am on the defensive, it is only because you came out swinging first.
As much as I dislike being put in a position in which I have to do so, I am more than willing to put my record for volunteer service up against yours any day of the week, Mr. Rutledge. Not only have I served my country in the United States Army and the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, but as a Deacon in my church I have been placed in charge of organizing charitable fundraisers and have participated in numerous community outreach programs which minister to the poor and the homeless in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Furthermore, I donate a minimum 10 percent of my annual pretax earnings to the work of my church. But, I suppose that doesn't count, being that I'm one of those "right-wing religious zealots" that people of your ilk are so quick to demonize.
What do we call someone who pre-judges? "The likes of you." Hmmm..."those who do nothing sneer in contempt at those who do." I think you just may have a point there, Mr. Rutledge!
