Thanks Anita, The outcome from war may not be felt for many years, at which point the politicians can be graded on their work. I think in the future if we have allies in a stable gov't in Iraq we will be thankful to have a place to fuel up in case we have a problem with other countries in that area such as Iran.
It seems many left politicians like to have the voters think the right loves wars. That is why I think McCain said in his speech that he "hate's wars" . He was trying to convey we need to fight when we need to fight and we are not fighting for the fun of it. I feel many democrat leaders know there is power in numbers and the more united we are the faster we can succeed ,yet they choose to try and break the will and resolve of america for there own political gains.
