I am kind of mystified at what she brings to the table. ...mayor of a town of less that 10,000 population...only 2 year's experience as governor of a state of less population than a small state the size of Connecticut. How much executive experience does she offer, or is it simply an appeal to the disappointed Hillary supporters.?
Governor Palin has been the Chief Executive of a state with an $11 billion budget, 15,000 government employees and an economy which generates roughly 20% of the US's domestically produced energy. She has reduced the size of state government, delivered much-needed tax relief to the citizens of Alaska and has fought (and won against) the "old boy network" and corrupt officials in her own party. Before that, as the mayor of her hometown, she dealt with budgets, local politicians, roads, schools, etc. She also ran a small business, with all the hassles and heartaches that it entails.
Do you mean to tell me that exactly 143 days of experience in the United States Senate is a better qualification for the highest office in the land?
