They didn't owe us anything, they were merely informing us of not being able to accept future orders.  I'm not sure of the point of being snarky with no foundation, since as far as I know, they were always an abstractor and not a vendor manager.  They did good work for us, and whatever the reason they are no longer in business, whether they retired or didn't have enough work any longer, I wish them well and hope the rest of the year goes well for them, and you as well as everyone else on SOT
