I totally agree with you, but we have to all be in agreement. When a full search comes our way, most likely from an offshore company, we have to charge them a HUGE fee. Same with document retrieval. They are killing us with $5 current owner searches, we need to take back the industry. You and I both know that the HUD forms aren't reflecting the title search at $5... Here in Florida it's technically illegal to charge more for the title search than the closing company paid.
