The bottom line question would be, has the expiration date come and gone?

If the answer is yes, they need to get an attorney involved to take them through the legal process.

If it hasn't yet expired, then you'd have to look to see if there are terms and conditions concerning extending the restrictions to see what the requirement is, if any.  And all property owners would have to agree.to post a reply: login - or - register
