Unfortunately this has become an issue with them to the point that we had to cut them off until payment is received and the account brought current.

They still try to send orders over and immediately ask for ETA's.  Everytime that I remind them that until their account is brought current that we will not be able to process the order.  I will get a call of promised payment and then crickets and no payment. 

All clients process 1000's of payments weekly and most of our clients send payments like clock work without being reminded.

Shouldn't have to beg to be paid for work rendered.  I don't like working for free.
