It is true that they are rarely clear about the location of the property they are interested in. They recently requested work for a huge commercial undertaking- which would have required many dollars for copies- and we had to decline it. The main reasons were that they are very slow to pay and that, they seem not to know what they are asking for. We provided an a pre-estimate in showing them how many schedule sheets would just involve the first owner. This resulted in an angry runaround. We refused to do it because they want the work without realizing how much it will cost or where it is or what the search involves. Still waiting to be paid for another title from them.
