Jessica,  All one can say to your response is, "Thank your lucky stars and 
GOD that they are treating you ok".  As anyone would know from some

earlier posts on this site,  a company can be kind and gentle to some, while

being real _ _ stards to other abstractors.  I don't personally know any of

the companies listed, so I won't say which may apply to them, except to

say that someone on here seems to feel, that they have been mistreated.
