Smitty:I have been doing their work for about 4 yrs now and although they went thru some tough times a long time ago- they have been pretty consistent lately-now, I have a "5 day payment policy" with them- since these are all cell sites- they don't have to wait for settlement or anything else to pay- and they were good about it a year ago- but lately they have been stretching that 5 days into 10 or 15- so give them a payment agreement schedule and be sure to include that there will be late fees for any abuse- otherwise they have been good- sometimes they just don't know where it is they want you to search- but ask and they just might have a map or plat available that they never sent to you before- helps in their not knowing what their clients really are asking for!!
