Good reply Clanci- you can always just say it is not your policy to include possible HUD violations to your title work!!- Just hold your ground like they do.
It always amuses me when someone calls up looking for some copy or document- when I ask what it is for or why they need it- they say " it is just our "policy" to require it"- well, I have taken to my own policy of not succumbing to their outlandish "policies" and requests.

OH well, back to waiting for something to happen.
