Whatever happened to a credit report?  I run buyers if requested and if names are provided, but if it's a name like Robert Smith or Jose Rodriguez I charge extra, too - names like that take a LOT of extra time and probably 90% aren't even the right person.  If they give the last four numbers of the SSN no sweat, but otherwise with common names I charge a little extra.  Otherwise you end up making 5 bucks an hour - might as well close my doors and work at the 7/11.
