Fidelity owns them. FNAS is doing the same thing, (they only will pay 50% if a 90% TAT is not met) which was never a problem. We were with FNAS since they opened, they dumped us last month. We were doing Current Owners for them with copies for $65.00( that was after they pushed us down a year ago) as well as their committments, all within a 24 hr TAT, seems we were to expensive for them, go figure. Are we now living in a third world country? Don't we have to pay our staff?  In the long run they will get what they pay for, but in the meantime they put several people out of work.

BTW, I 'm sure someone will undercut their new vendor if they are willing to work for nothing and then take the late search penalty. Frankly, most abstractors deserve this type of treatment, they don't know when to say no and stand up for themselves. Got to love this business!
