You're right, Robert. The article didn't exactly support my position, did it? I made the rookie error of not reading the whole fact scenario before spouting off--one of the first things they teach you in law school. At times like these I am reminded of something my father used to say to me...."It's better to be quiet and let them think you're dumb, than to open your mouth and prove it!" I think positive action in a forward direction is a better choice, rather than tearing down an easy target. Thanks for being the voice of reason.
