Absoulutely! And then there are the cases where you call to say the search might be late and are told that "it doesn't matter, the purchasers did not get their mortgage, we don't really need it that fast". My favorite is when they absoulutely have to have the search today and when you call to tell them it's done they say, "Oh Bill has already left for the day, just drop it in the mail".

It would be nice if these companies that have outrageous due dates, ask for price reductions, don't pay their bills in a timely manner, etc., could not find anyone to do their work.
