I think it is quite a bit more per page here.  $2.00 per page (franklin county) to be exact and an additional dollar if you want a certified page.  Not sure if all counties are the same or not.  Talk about being raked over the coals.....the kind lady at the recorder's office told me today that if I don't need a certified copy I could sign up on their website and retrieve the uncertified copy for free.  Wasn't that nice of her.....unless it is a mortgage of course.  Thanks to the Pesky Lady in VA we no longer have access to Franklin County recorded mortgages.  The next time I need a copy I think I may bill her for it since she saw fit to butt into affairs outside her own state.
