They don't make them any more unless your looking for a pen scanner.  Check out the web site www.cyberguys.com  they carry a small page scanner that is about the size of the cardboard tube you find inside paper towels.  If my memory is any good I think it saves the document as a pdf.

The handheld scanners that you use to get several years ago were too hard to control so they were not very popular and were discontinued.  Although I think you can still get pens that will scan one line at a time if that is what your really looking for.
