I have done some work for them. They are slow pay, but we have always eventually gotten paid (so far). Ken is a friendly fellow, but I get the feeling they are in a pinch now. We serve mostly rural counties, so we won't go down on prices for anyone, as we drive about 200 miles a day, and our prices are the same as they were in 2002. We already got our "fee reduction".
