Scott,
When another company tried this a couple years ago, we informed them that we have never, nor will ever charge for tax information that is included in a search, it was something provided free of charge, simply because that is what is required in a proper search. Therefore they were not going to reduce a fee for something that was never charged for in the first place.
They didn't lower our fees...
