Yeah, you've got a point there, but the President isn't really what I'd consider a fiscal conservative to begin with.  He's a politician first, and I think what he's trying to do is to spin this so that McCain can take credit for "saving" the economy.  Most economists I've read and listened to(Thomas Sowell, Dave Ramsey, Neil Cavuto, et al.) seem to concur with Dr. Williams, though.
