Don"t know if they are the same company, but they also owe us around $3,800. Called & emailed all the invoices many times, then the telephone # "s started coming up as busy. At one point, I beleive the guys name was Joe, anwered the phone & tried to act like we had the wrong # . My husband said come on Joe I know this is you & he admitted it was. Said he would send some money but never did. I would not do anything again for  them ever .  What happens to the money they get paid to do the search, it must be far more then we get paid?  What is a title company that does business in a manner like that? I want to say the word crooks & there seems to be many out there these days. Leaves little faith in the title business & who can you trust.
