If I had received that message, I think I would have deleted it out of befuddlement.  Maybe I am just not hip to the lingo, but I haven't a clue as to the point of your email - except that you are asking for the names of title companies and closing agents.

What do title agents or closing agents have to do with collecting upfront fees and killing deals?
