Thanks for the input Robert....  I was taught that if the person is not in title, then an extra charge is applied for the extra searching; in the event that it is a borrower or just an extra name given.  When we have to subcontract any work I get invoiced for extra names too, but that is mainly in NY.  The different ways things are handled in different geographical areas is always interesting.... much like the terms for searching.  For example a last owner search, as I know it, is a current owner search; but I have seen last owner search requests come back as deed searches... just a difference in the lingo is all I guess.
