Hey, Jaybird!

Don't know if it's a coincidence or what, but I've noticed a marked uptick in orders received so far this week (especially preforeclosure searches).  Had three calls this week from prospective clients seeking info about pricing and coverage.  A client of mine, a mortgage broker who writes loans all through this region, is also running radio ads touting lower interest rates because of the takeover of Fannie and Freddie.
