Typically I would agree. The only reason why I ask is that a fellow abstractor and myself have been successful in collecting in California because it is somehow a crime for a company not to pay its vendors. We have both threatened going to the authorities and they immediately paid. I think we all know that Examnet will not pay, even if we are successful in getting judgements against them. They will drag all of their court cases out until the defendants have no money left or they will file for bankruptcy. Lets face it, they dont have to pay if dont really want to. As a last course of action, we could request to have their records examined by the court. If they have done something criminal in their record keeping, they would opt to pay their vendors and end the issue. At the very least I think people should not give up on trying.
