My name is Shaun Dente and I am only writing to state that I have never been an owner or partner of Examnet or OnTitle, to assume any debt owed.

I was previously the Director of Operations for Examnet. I was then moved to Ontitle and have since left that position as well.

I am currently out of the entire abstract business altogether.

Just like any employee, I had no control over funds unless I had them pre-approved. If one of the companies (examnet or ontitle) did not follow up on any of those promises, I apoligise, but as an employee I was not and never was in a position to write a check to pay for a search. In that case you could hang thousands of VM's across the US.

I am only writing because I understand what you are saying and I am not sure why Arlene/others would make a comment or attack me personally. I was following orders and doing my job and if I was told that they have every intention to pay,why would I believe any different? That was out of my hands and now I work in a diffrent field altogether.

Once again, not just to clear my name, but it is not my company and i wish i could help further.

Shaun
