You are correct, sir.  "Fast Eddie" (who in my opinion looks like a Teamster in a suit), did in fact double the gas tax during his first term.  He's also supported the proposal to toll Interstate 80 and has raised just about every other tax you can think of.  Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for that property tax cut that he promised us.
