I bought this course a couple of years ago JUST to see what it contained.....speaking for myself I could have written the course in my sleep......in other words NOTHING that I did not already know or had done.....there is NO mystery as to how to proceed IF you want to pick up houses in that market......most of these "courses' (i.e. tax sales, etc) just fill a LOT of pages with verbage that any moderately intelligent person could figure out on there own.....I would say that ALL of the ones I see on these infomercials are a waste of money......HOW on earth did your friend spend 10K....that is incredible.....
