For $16.00 you get a guy sitting at computer pulling up internet website from the County he is searching in (hopefully), especially if the guy is in Florida doing Ohio work.  That make zero sense I know but for some reason it seems to be becoming the norm - prime example is the off shore title plants.  With all the miss indexed information that I see on a daily basis I can't imagine anyone using such a person/company to preform on of the most important jobs in Title Insurance.  It amazes where the world is going - and still there are companies out there begging the gov't to loosen up the regulations.  Makes me want to ralph.
