Your implication that Obama is a Muslin or sympathetic to the Islamic world has been addressed ad nauseam in the news media and dispelled. If you have some time take a look at CNN's biography of him. Very impressive. He came from humble beginnings...rose to the highest levels of Harvard Law on his abilities alone...turned down several extremely lucrative job offers with the best New York law firms to return to Illinois to participate in community out reach programs.

On the other hand...McCain graduated 894th out of 899 from Annapolis. His CNN biography disclosed that he was too lazy to read the operating manuals on the aircraft he flew. It apparently almost cost him his life on one occasion. He had engine failure in one of the planes he was assigned to fly. It crash landed in a body of water and sank. The news item indicated that he could not figure out how to blow the canopy to escape because he had not read the manual. He wound up forcefully breaking the canopy loose to escape. However, as he keeps reminding us all...he was tested....40 years ago. If one of the qualifications for the presidency were the ability to withstand interrogation and torture I would say great. However, in the absence of such qualification...I would prefer the cool...professorial negotiating ability of Obama.
