This really isn't a forum for political views, but we have not been consistently insisting that people stay on topic, and so the political discussion is what it is.  People have strong opinions on how this election will affect their businesses in the future, and I can't say that they are wrong for thinking that.  For the most part, the community has been pretty good IMO about keeping the political discussion limitied to the occasional political thread, which can usually be spotted in advance by the dozens of replies and the names of the participants and avoided if desired ;-)
