I didn't realize that "Source of Title" was a forum to discuss political issues, but since it seems to have evolved ito this, it is time for my 2 cents worth.  This recession that we are and have been in for the last few months, which is a result of the economic slow down in the housing industry is a result of former president Slick Willy Clinton's demand to force mortgage companies to give out mortgages to people who could not afford them (i.e minorities and low income families).
