Don't get me going on these guys! Good luck getting paid. They will try anything to dispute what you are owed. We did a search for them but didn't go back far enough, 50 years. We went back about 45, as far as we could. They didn't pay us stating that they had to send it to another abstractor. So he gets paid for a 5 year search. HHHMMM, does something smell here?
